A matatu that rammed a police car from behind, along Moi Avenue has been impounded at Central Police Station.
The matatu was one of several which blocked Moi Avenue in the Nairobi Central Business District and put on a show of brazen impunity by driving recklessly and engaging in displays that evidently violate traffic rules, sparking confrontations with police.
