What causes poor sleep?

There are many reasons why some people don’t sleep well.

Medical reasons:
Mental health disorders, eg anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and depression.
Medication, which can keep you awake.

Pain, eg severe leg, back pain etc.

Other reasons:
Caffeine, especially when consumed late in the day.
Your surroundings eg loud noises or an uncomfortable bed etc.

Let’s look at the causes individually and how CBD may help with them.
